Insieme alla moglie e collaboratrice Kristen Anderson-Lopez, ha scritto le canzoni per il film Disney Frozen, vincendo un Oscar\u00ae e un Grammy\u00ae per la celebre brano \u201cLet It Go\u201d, oltre a un Grammy\u00ae per la colonna sonora di Frozen.
